Orders & Delivery
When may I expect to receive my order?
We sincerely thank you for your order! Your trust in SAMA DOYO is deeply valued.
Once confirmed, your order is immediately forwarded to our central warehouse in Switzerland. The stock displayed on our site reflects our local inventory in real time.
Processing and delivery times:
- Processing: Every order is prepared and dispatched within 24 hours (working days) from our warehouse, then handed to Swiss Post, Planzer or DPD.
- Receipt: You should receive your parcel within 1 to 4 working days after dispatch, depending on your chosen delivery method.
Tracking and important information:
You will receive by e-mail your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel in real time.
Please note:
- Deliveries are made on working days only (Monday to Friday). We do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays in Geneva or Zurich.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to external factors (peak periods, weather conditions, etc.).

What materials are SAMA DOYO products crafted from?
While detailed specifications (volume, dimensions) appear on each product page, here is an overview of the premium materials we use:
All of our glassware is crafted from borosilicate glass. This choice is our promise of durability and performance:
- It withstands high temperatures without compromise.
- It is markedly less susceptible to thermal shock than traditional glass.
- It is neutral, ensuring the purity of your drink’s flavour.
Lids and finishes
For optimal durability, the lids and tea makers of our products are crafted from:
- High-grade stainless steel (SAE 304), renowned for its corrosion resistance.
- Carbonised bamboo, adding a natural, elegant accent to selected models.
Where are SAMA DOYO products designed and crafted ?
Our products are crafted in our own facilities in Guangzhou, China.
SAMA DOYO guarantees complete quality control by centralising the entire production process. It is there that our research and development centre works in close collaboration with Chinese, Japanese and Danish designers.
The aim of this international collaboration is clear: to elevate Chinese glassmaking to the global stage, integrating innovation with the refined aesthetics of contemporary design.
Returns & Guarantee
My product is broken or cracked. Is a replacement covered under the warranty?
We rigorously inspect every product prior to dispatch, though damage can occasionally occur in transit. We invite you to examine your order as soon as it arrives.
Please note : The 3‑year warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to breakage caused by transit or mishandling. However, we will support you through every step of the process :
1. Damage sustained during transit (Damaged Parcel)
If the item is broken or cracked on delivery, you must report the damage to Swiss Post within 8 days of receipt.
- We recommend contacting us immediately (hello@samadoyo.ch) : we will guide you through lodging a damage claim with the carrier.

2. Manufacturing defect (Prior to dispatch)
If you suspect the damage existed before dispatch (a manufacturing defect or a crack unrelated to transit), please write to us immediately via our contact form or at hello@samadoyo.ch.
We will assess your case individually and endeavour to find a prompt resolution.
I would like to return an item
Return policy : You have 30 days from receipt to return any item. Returns are complimentary. To be accepted, the item must be new and unused in its original packaging. Full details of our returns procedure can be found on this page.
